If you are ever in Albuquerque, NM visit the tasting room and try the Gruet lineup. If you are picking up this Brut at your favorite store look for Gruet Rose. It carries a similar price but is harder to find because of its limited production. The Rose is mostly pinot noir and has an amazing strawberry and raspberry aroma. Next summer try it with very fresh, organic strawberries and raspberries. You will understand why I refer to this bubbly Rose as 'affordable seduction'. Gruet is one of my favorites!
