I think both are really deserving of there wine scores. Also I have Januik 2005 in wine rack and drank a Januik 2003 in November. I think you'd be happy with them. I have a bottle of the Januik in my cellar but I don't have any experience with the Fielding Hills. Sounds like it could cellar well too.
