    Say … what wine do you think goes with Peeps, those sugary Easter treats? I found a photo on the web of someone dunking them in red wine. Ugh!

    Do you think Asti Spumante is the best choice?

    Interesting question. I would probably choose a Moscato d’Asti or maybe a sweet Riesling. We’ll have to explore this pairing one of these days. Happy Easter!

    Now the only question with the “peeps” wine pairing is should they be stale like some like them or fresh….and will that affect the wine choice! LOL!

    Hmmm, now that complicates the pairing question. 🙂 I don’t generally like stale anything so I think I’d have to go with fresh. Cheers!
